1How do I register for Elysia Yoga Convention 2021?
Choose the pass you’d like to purchase, fill in the form, choose the payment type (50% deposit or full payment) and you’re all set and booked.
2How do I make the 50% deposit payment and pay the rest later?
To reserve your stay and spot at the convention, the 50% deposit of the total package’s cost must be paid at the time of reservation. The remaining amount must be paid 3 months in advance of the event start date (11th of November 2021)
3Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), paypal, and wire transfers (additional fees for paypal and wire transfers must be paid at the customer's own expense).
4What is the difference between the luxury package and the standard package?
The luxury package includes accommodation in a suite, whilst the standard package provides accommodation in one of the standard rooms. The luxury package also includes an extra detoxification spa experience package and a spa pedicure with foot massage.
5How do I get to Amorgos Island?
1. You can take the Blue Star Ferry from Piraeus Port to Amorgos departing on the 10th of November at 17:30.

2. You can fly from Athens to Naxos airport and from here catch the same Blue Star Ferry.

6What is the cancelation policy?
Cancellations made 3 months prior to the event starting date (11th of November 2021) will receive a full refund of the 50% deposit made only for packages bought at full price.

Cancellations made in less than 3 months of the event starting date (11th of November 2021) will not receive any refund.

The only amount that will be charged with is any expenses made for the return (Bank expenses, post fee or any other expenses).

Purchases made under any special offer which decreased the original price of the packages are not eligible for a refund unless stated otherwise.
7Can I stay longer than the duration of the convention?
Yes. Please let us know in advance to ensure there is availability for your desired dates and for them to confirm the extra cost.
8Do you offer transfers to the hotel from the port?
Yes, transfer arrangements will be made by the organising team to and from the port, for both arrival and departure to and from the island.
9What will the weather be like in Amorgos?
We cannot completely tell for certain, however as it will be the spring season, expect some light breeze and sunshine. Occasionally there is also rain.
10Are the meals included in my package?
Yes, all packages include full board, including breakfast, lunch and dinner at award winning Ambrossia Gallery Restaurant.
11Do you cater for different dietary requirements?
Yes, we can certainly accommodate your dietary preferences. The hotel’s award-winning restaurant “Ambrosia” offers an abundance of fresh food and locally grown vegetables with a tasty traditional Greek menu. If you have a specific dietary requirements, please advise our bookings team in advance so our resident chef can prepare your meal to suit your needs.
